To provide quality mental health treatment to consumers with mental illness and co-occurring disorders, in a supportive and friendly environment, that empowers each consumer to identify their valued community roles, improve community integration, achieve their personal goals, and to actively participate in their recovery and individualized treatment plan.

Our Scope and Purpose

Community Care Behavioral Health is a psychiatric partial care day program licensed by the Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services, led by a management team with over 30 years of professional experience working with consumers with severe and acute mental illness.

The program provides a comprehensive array of psychiatric rehabilitation treatment and services that include case management, counseling, group therapy, skills building groups, co-occurring disorders groups, psychoeducation, psychiatric evaluations and medication monitoring, pre-vocational and work skills groups, therapeutic recreational and social activities. CCBH provides specialized tracks for individuals, who in addition to having a mental illness also have substance abuse issues or developmental disabilities
